Try the Gluten-Free Tortilla Chips from The Daniel Plan. They are wonderful!
Corn tortillas, olive oil, salt, ground cumin- Place tortillas on greased(olive oil) cookie sheet, cut tortillas in triangles, place triangles on cookie sheet, lightly place olive oil on tortillas, sprinkle with salt and cumin, bake on 375 until brown (I almost burned them, but I loved them that way) Great with hummus!
