DANIEL PLAN OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

Made the Savory Oven Fried Chicken tonight from the Daniel Plan page 326. It was great!!! I used boneless skinless breasts instead of legs. The only thing I would do differently is put foil on the pan, the chicken stuck a little bit, pulling off the breaded area. Served with sweet potato fries, cooked those in olive oil!
