HEAL

Next Monday I am having a “Healing Oils of the Bible” class, so I have been researching.  I have latched onto these oils because they are God given.  While reading this morning I found a paragraph in the book that was just an aha moment. 

It read:

“The sun is the sole source of sunshine whether we believe in it or not.  God is the sole source of healing whether we realize it or not.  This book is a step in the right direction of restoring to the church its proper place in the healing of the sick, a role that has, in modern times, been secularized and lost.” (David Steward, PhD, DNM, Healing Oils of the Bible)

The bible is filled with Jesus’ healing miracles.  The bible shows us that he healed by the word and by the faith of the sick.  I have watched several of my friends who have been healed.  The common factor with all of them ends up being their faith.  They put full faith in the Lord.  They pray to Him to lead them to the right physicians that will give them the best prescription to fight the disease.  They become strong through Him.  When I see these friends they have an invisible shield that travels with them.  You can almost see the Lord surrounding them.  It is amazing to watch these women who have fought a difficult battle and won.  Not only have they drawn closer to God but it is because of them that others have been led to Him. 

God is the source of healing.  Don’t walk to Him, run to Him.  Turn your health over to Him don’t wait!

{******This DOES NOT mean that I don’t believe in healthcare, trust me I do. God gave these individuals the gift to help in the healing process.  He gave them the tools to learn and to research what cures.   I run to my brother in law for a shot when needed or medicine when I have the flu.  We take high blood pressure medicine and anti inflammatory, however I do believe that God gives us things for natural healing also. }
