At times I go into a brain fog and I have to search to find
something to write about. I look and I
pray. I like to search my quotes and
scriptures. When I do search a word will jump off the page and lead to
something very unexpected.
Go back to a time you had to search for something. You might have lost something or you may just
need to find a product or an idea. You
focus in on a certain area where you think the search will be successful. You engage your brain. You may have to think more than usual. You also will need to investigate, ask
questions and write down the links to the path that answer the questions that
lead to the solution.
Are you searching today?
If you are searching for God know that you aren’t the only one
searching. He is searching for you and
wants you to find Him.
Matthew 7:7 ask and it will be given to you, seek and you
will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks
finds; and to him who knocks the door will be opened.
In this scripture Jesus is telling us to keep searching for
Him. Be persistent in the search. Knowing God and finding Him takes faith,
focus and follow-through. When we
continue our search we will be rewarded, so don’t give up in your efforts. Focus your brain on Him, look with your heart,
and keep asking questions. You never
know when you will knock and God will open the door. He wants you to find Him. Search and you will find Him!
