DON'T LEAVE

The message was sent out to over 60 people.  The content contained all the information for our new women’s ministry at our church.  It was a little long and there were a large number of people in the message, however the meat of the message was very valuable.  There were many that didn’t respond.  As I read through the responses I could also see that many had left the conversation.  Yes I am guilty of not responding and leaving the conversation, however with this type of message thoughts began to linger.

What if we were all in a message from the Lord?  What if the message contained all the information that was part of His divine plan for us?

Do you think you would not respond or would you leave the conversation?  Think about it.  Makes you think a little bit differently doesn’t it?

I know my answer.  If Jesus asked me a question I would definitely respond.  Of course you would too.  God asks us questions all the time.  He doesn’t ask us questions to get an answer He asks us questions to make us think.  When He asks us a question we should pay attention.

The first question to man was, “Where are you?”  Was it that God didn’t know where Adam was?  Of course not.  He knew exactly where Adam was, but God wanted Adam to think. He wanted Adam to ponder.  He wanted him to realize that He had separated himself from God because of sin.

When God was asking Adam these questions did Adam leave the conversation?  No Way!  Can you imagine being in a deep thought provoking conversation with God and turning around and saying, “Excuse me I’m leaving now.  I’m too busy right now and I’m really tired of that notification ding going off!”

Don’t miss the questions God asks us by being too busy.  Don’t leave conversations with God because you don’t want to receive the notification.

Be still, take your time, answer the question and respond to the Lord.  He has important information that is a vital part of your life puzzle.

You don’t want to miss out on what He wants to share with you.  Listen and respond and you will march on!
