There were hundreds of pumpkins living in the patch. Most of them were round, however there was
one pumpkin that was square. All the
pumpkins were getting ready for the pumpkin Olympics and the winner was going
to win the candy corn crown on Halloween.
There were several round pumpkins that were bullies. They were cruel and ugly to the square
pumpkin telling him that he couldn’t participate in the pumpkin Olympics
because he was square. The scarecrow had
to come up with the decision, “Should the square pumpkin be allowed to
participate in the pumpkin Olympics”.
Scarecrow decided, “OF COURSE, whether he is square or not he is still a
pumpkin!”
God created all people.
Some are round, some are square, some are smart, some aren’t as smart,
some are white, some are brown, some are tall some are short, some have many
talents, some how few, however everyone was created by the Lord. We are all loved and cherished by our
maker.
Genesis 1:31 God saw all that He made and He said it was
good. God doesn’t judge or think that
one is better than the other. We were
all created for a purpose.
We are all living in God’s patch. There are hundreds of us. We may be round or we may be square. We may be a bright orange, a light orange or
a dark orange. It really doesn’t
matter. All that matters is that we
fulfill our purpose that God has blessed us with.
Stay connected to the vine and live in Gods glorious patch
fulfilling His purpose for you.
